Handsmall Bu cep televizyonu televizyondan kayıt yapabiliyor.(tabiki hiç bir bilgisayar desteği olmadan) TV/FM/DVDs/CDs/MP3s/MP4s formatlarını destekliyor. Televizyona takıyorsunuz 11 saate kadar kayıt yapabiliyor. Bu tv' nin iki seçeneği var, 3.5 ve 4 inçlik Samsung TFT ekran modeli.Sınırsız harici (SD) kart desteği bulunan Rover, 1 ya da 2 GB 'lık opsiyonlarla satılıyor.
